Workload Analysis

I. BACKGROUND
Today, the public demand for greater public service, but professionalism is expected not yet fully materialized. One major cause is the distribution of employees in a work unit or work unit is not referring to the actual needs of the organization, in the sense of not based on the existing workload. Stacking employees in the work unit and the lack of employees in other work units is a real example of the problems.

II. PURPOSE

III. OUTPUT

Output (output) of these activities is the Workload Analysis that provides direction and guidance for structuring the organization, especially regarding the formation and allocation of human resources.

 IV. RESULTS

The results (outcomes) of the Workload Analysis Preparation activities will be used as the material for, among others:
Arrangement / improvement of the organizational structure.
Performance appraisal office and work unit performance.
Improvement of the system and work procedures.
Planning needs of employees in real terms according workload of each organizational unit.
Preparation of program formation, transfer and promotion of employees according to the vision and mission of the organization.
Distribution of employees in a work unit refers to the actual needs of the organization,
based on the existing workload.
